RELEASE OF ONLINE JULY ARJITA SEVA QUOTA OF TTD LOCAL TEMPLE ON APRIL 5- JEO

Tirupati, 29 Mar. 19: Thro online quota of arjita seva tickets in the month of July in six prominent TTD local temples will be released by TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal on April 5.


Disclosing this at a review meeting in TTD administrative building on Friday, the TTD JEO of Tirupati Sri B Lakshmi Kantham said TTD will follow the pattern of Srivari temple of releasing arjita seva online quota on first Friday of every month.


The JEO said TTD local temples included in the first phase of online booking facility were Sri Govindaraja Swamy Temple, Sri Kodandarama Swamy Temple, Sri Kapileswara Swamy Temple, Sri Padmavathi Ammavari temple, Tiruchanoor, Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy Temple, Srinivasa Mangapuram and the Sri Kodandaramaswami Swamy temple at Vontimetta.


He instructed the DyEOs of local temples to pass the details of arjita sevas to the IT department to make public the quotas available for online booking.


He said similarly the July quota of rooms availability in TTD Rest houses in Tirupati for online booking will also be released on April 9th. He also instructed the officials to punctually maintain the Padi Kavali and ornaments registers regularly in all local temples and also strengthen security with CC cameras.


He also discussed about the quality of dharmic programs on SVBC channel and asked officials to enhance the devotional quotient in them.

ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR QUALITY AND TRANSPARENCY IN TTD SERVICES

Tirupati, 28 March, 2019 : TTD Executive Officer, Sri Anil Kumar Singhal directed officials to introduce user friendly online registration process for Srivari Sevakulu to facilitate their selfless services to devotees from all the over country and overseas.


During the review of TTD IT services in administrative building in Tirupati on Thursday, the Executive Officer said facilitating the Srivari Sevakulu would result in their rendering quality and transparent services to devotees. He directed the IT department to further develop the application a user friendly one.


He said there was a tremendous positive response from devotees for the online seva tickets for all arjita sevas issued in the TTD local temples. Online booking of Kalyana mandapams in both Telugu states is also well received by devotees. Efforts were afoot to bring TTD Kalyana Mandapams for online booking in other states as well.


He asked the IT Officials to design a similar online application for issue of online tickets for sevas at the Vontimitta Sri Kodandaramaswami temple


The Executive Officer also urged officials to frequently review the content on the propagation of sanatana Hindu dharma on the HDPP website and improve the quality of religious and dharmic content to attract the devotees.


He also reviewed the functioning of the TTD call center and advised them to give latest and updated information to devotees.
